Join our Espresso & Latte Art -basics- course to learn all about espresso extraction, grinding, dosing, … and Latte Art. We teach you to stretch and texture milk into glossy microfoam and create basic latte art patterns.

ESPRESSO & LATTE ART -basics-
Join our Espresso & Latte Art Basics course at The Cafelier to learn all about espresso extraction, grinding, dosing,… and Latte Art basics. We teach you how to stretch and texture milk into glossy microfoam. Learn how to pour basic patterns by free pour - and etching techniques.
First, we cover the basics of Speciality Coffee knowledge, explaining different coffee varieties, blends, roasting profiles and Italian espresso recipes. During the second half of the workshop, you get the chance to practise behind the espressomachine and pour your cappuccinos with Latte Art under the expert guidance of your Barista Trainer Melanie D. Nunes, Belgian Barista Champion 2009.

This workshop is for coffee lovers and professionals who have an espressomachine at home or work, or who would like to invest in one. For those who would like to learn how to pull espresso shots to perfection, using a scale and timer. No prior coffee knowledge is required.

Espresso y Arte Latte
Únete a nuestro taller en The Cafelier para aprender todo sobre la extracción, molienda y dosificación del espresso. Te enseñamos cómo estirar y texturizar la leche hasta convertirla en una microespuma brillante. Haremos los patrones básicos mediante técnicas de vertido libre y grabado. Primero, cubrimos los conceptos básicos del #café de especialidad, explicando las diferentes tipos de café, mezclas, perfiles de #tueste y recetas de #espresso italiano. A mitad del taller, tendrás la oportunidad de practicar detrás de la máquina de café espresso y servir cappuccinos bajo la guía experta de tu Barista Trainer Melanie D. Nunes, Campeona Belga de Baristas 2009.

Este taller está dirigido a amantes y profesionales del café que tengan una máquina de café espresso o que quieran invertir en una. Para aquellos que quieran aprender a preparar espresso a la perfección, utilizando una báscula y un cronómetro. No se requieren conocimientos previos sobre café.

This workshop will teach you all the actions needed to make a balanced espresso. We focus on dosing, grind size, extraction time and the effects of all these parameters on taste.
Steaming milk to microfoam will be taught, with the introduction of basic latte art techniques and designs.
With our handy theoretical bundle you’ll receive, you’ll have all the information on hand.

Learn advanced Latte Art patterns like the rosetta, swan, slowzetta, inverted tulip, animal and more!
