You know how to stretch milk to microfoam and can pour the classic patterns: heart & tulip. If yes, then you’re ready to up your game and learn the rosetta, swan, slowzetta, inverted tulip, animal designs and more!

This workshop is for (home) baristas who have experience with espresso techniques and would like to learn in-depth about microfoam and latte art patterns.

We advise booking or hospitality barista training for professional baristas, with an additional focus on workflow and the different slow coffee methods.

Learn advanced Latte Art patterns like the rosetta, swan, slowzetta, inverted tulip, animal and more! These designs are created by free pour and etching techniques with full-fat cow's milk and/or plant-based milk. It’s highly recommended that you know about espresso preparation and basic latte art patterns before joining this workshop.
